Viennese Schnitzel

Ingredients

500 g veal cutlets
2 eggs
flour
breadcrumbs
salt
clarified butter

Instructions

  1. Tenderise and salt the veal.
  2. Prepare 3 dishes: one with flour, one with whisked egg, and one with breadcrumb mix.
  3. Coat the cutlets in the flour, egg and then the breadcrumb mix, lightly pressing on the coating as you go.
  4. Cook for 5 min. on each side until golden brown.
  5. Goes well with chips.
  6. Tip to try: You can also marinate the meat after tenderising in parsley and crushed garlic.
