Walnut and Caramelised Pear Salad

Ingredients

Salad:
1 ripe pear
1 tsp sugar
12 walnuts
350 g camembert
lettuce
Dressing:
5 tbs oil
2 tbs pumpkin seed oil
3 tbs white wine vinegar
1 tsp honey
salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the lettuce.
  2. Peel and core the pear. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Quickly caramelise the pear in a pan with sugar.
  4. Chop the walnuts and lightly roast in a pan.
  5. Cut the camembert into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Make a dressing using the oils, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper.
  7. Serve everything together.
