Baby Spinach with Bacon

Ingredients

300 g baby spinach
16 cherry tomatoes
150 g feta
2 hard-boiled eggs
30 g bacon
50 ml balsamic vinegar
100 ml olive oil (or salad oil)
salt, pepper and sugar
1 tsp mustard

Instructions

  1. Slice the bacon and lightly fry.
  2. Wash the spinach.
  3. Cut the tomatoes in half.
  4. Cut the feta into cubes.
  5. Slice the eggs.
  6. Mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil and seasoning to make the dressing.
  7. Toss everything together and serve.
