Penne with Mushrooms

Preparation Time : 20 mins

Servings: 4

Ingredients

400 g penne pasta quills
100 ml cream (6 1/2 tbs)
3 tbs olive oil
1 clove of garlic
1 onion
200 g mushrooms
1 bunch of flat-leaf parsley
2 tbs olive oil
salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion and garlic into fine pieces.
  2. Fry both in a pan with oil.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook.
  4. Add the cream and half the chopped parsley and bring to the boil.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cook the pasta, combine everything and serve.
