Tarte Flambée with Bacon

Ingredients

Base:
300 g flour
100 ml mineral water
salt
4 tbs oil
salt
Filling:
250 g bacon
2 onions
1 cup crème fraîche
50 ml cream (3 1/3 tbs)

Instructions

  1. Use flour, water, salt and oil to make a dough, shape into a ball and refrigerate.
  2. Dice bacon and onions.
  3. Combine crème fraîche and cream and set aside.
  4. Roll out the dough onto a baking sheet and spread everything on top.
  5. Preheat oven to 220°C, 430°F or gas 7 and cook the tart at 200°C, 390°F or gas 6 for 12 min.
