Vegetable Sticks with Dip

Ingredients

1 cucumber
1 carrot
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
200 g mascarpone
200 ml crème fraîche
1 bunch of chives
1 bunch of parsley
salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut vegetables into sticks.
  2. Combine mascarpone and crème fraîche.
  3. Chop all the herbs and add.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Leave to sit for 30 min. to absorb flavour.
