Basic Coleslaw

Servings: 10

Ingredients

1 cabbage (around 1 kg)
3 carrots
1 onion
1 tbs lemon juice
400 g mayonnaise
1 tsp sugar
salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the cabbage, remove the core and chop into fine strips.
  2. Peel and grate the carrots.
  3. Finely dice the onion.
  4. Mix everything together and leave for at least 2 hours to absorb flavour.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
