Battered Camembert

Ingredients

2 Camembert rounds
300 ml beer (1 cup 3 tbs 1 tsp)
1 egg
flour
cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. For the batter, mix beer and egg with as much flour as needed until the batter is runny but thick.
  2. Coat the Camembert in the batter and cook in a chip fryer for 5 min.
  3. Serve with cranberry sauce.
