Beef Skewers

Ingredients

500 g beef mince
1 lemon, juice
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 onion, cut in small peaces
1 clove of garlic, cut in small peaces
1 egg
4 tbs breadcrumbs
3 stalks of mint, leaves only
parsley
salt and pepper
oil
wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. Combine everything except the oil and leave in the fridge for 45 min. to absorb flavours.
  2. Press the mince mixture tightly round the skewers.
  3. Cook in a pan or on a barbecue for 8 min. on each side.
  4. Goes well with rice or salad.
