Double Burger

Ingredients

200 g mince
cheese slices (e.g. cheddar)
lettuce
1 tomato
2 onions
1 clove of garlic
2 hamburger buns
tomato ketchup and mayonnaise
parsley
1 egg
salt, pepper, paprika, rosemary, thyme
1 tbs breadcrumb mix

Instructions

  1. Slice the parsley, garlic and one onion.
  2. Mix with the mince.
  3. Add the egg and seasonings.
  4. Add the breadcrumb mix and knead everything thoroughly.
  5. Shape into burger patties and coat in flour.
  6. Cook in oil.
  7. Fill the hamburger buns with everything twice – mayonnaise and ketchup, lettuce leaves, burger patties, tomato, onion rings and cheese.
