Beef Tacos

Servings: 4

Ingredients

8 taco shells
500 g beef mince
100 g soured cream
1 tsp lime juice
salt and pepper
2 onions
4 tomatoes
1/2 iceberg lettuce
150 g tinned sweetcorn
3 tbs olive oil
1 clove of garlic
4 tbs tomato purée
2 tbs crème fraîche

Instructions

  1. Mix the soured cream with lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Dice the onions and tomatoes, cut the lettuce into strips, drain the sweetcorn.
  3. Sweat the onions in oil in a pan with the crushed garlic.
  4. Add beef mince and cook.
  5. Add sweetcorn, tomato purée and crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Warm the tacos and fill with all ingredients.
