Bruschetta with Feta

Servings: 4

Ingredients

400 g tomatoes
200 g feta
3 cloves of garlic
6 tbs olive oil
salt and pepper
1 ciabatta bread
1 bunch of basil

Instructions

  1. Cut tomatoes and feta into small pieces, crush 2 cloves of garlic, mix all together with olive oil, salt and pepper and leave to marinate for 15 min.
  2. Rub 1 crushed clove of garlic into the ciabatta, lightly drizzle with oil and toast in the oven at 200°C, 390°F or gas 6 for 7 min.
  3. Spread the tomato and feta mixture over the bread, top with basil and serve immediately.
