Chocolate Almond Biscuits

Ingredients

300 g flour
200 g butter (at room temperature)
175 g sugar
3 tbs cocoa
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
75 g sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients to make a dough and shape into a log.
  2. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Slice into biscuit rounds.
  4. Bake at 175°C, 345°F or gas 4 for around 15 min.
