Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

3 eggs, fresh
400 ml whipping cream
200 g dark chocolate
mint

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
  2. Beat the egg whites until stiff and whip the cream.
  3. Stir the yolks until creamy and mix in the chocolate.
  4. Fold in the egg whites and cream.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Decorate with mint.
  7. Eat fresh since it contains raw eggs.
