Crêpes with Jam

Ingredients

250 ml milk
3 eggs
25 g butter
2 tbs sugar
100 g flour
jam

Instructions

  1. Combine milk, eggs, melted butter and sugar and stir in the flour to make a batter.
  2. Cook the crêpes in a hot pan, spread with jam and serve rolled.
