Greek Salad

Ingredients

lettuce (e.g. iceberg)
1 cucumber
1 onion
2 tomatoes
100 g feta
75 g olives
4 tbs olive oil
4 tbs balsamic vinegar
salt
pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the lettuce and tear into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Slice the cucumber and onion.
  3. Dice tomatoes and feta.
  4. Using the olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, make a dressing according to taste.
  5. Toss everything together.
