Grilled Shellfish with Spring Onions

Ingredients

500 g shellfish
2 spring onions
3 cloves of garlic
butter

Instructions

  1. Slice 1 spring onion and cook in a pot.
  2. Add water and salt and cook the shellfish in the pot for 5 min.
  3. Discard the unopened shellfish.
  4. Open the rest of the shellfish completely and discard the empty shells.
  5. Finely chop the garlic and the other spring onion and mix with softened butter. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Place the shellfish in an oven dish and top each one with the mixture.
  7. Preheat oven to 200°C, 390°F or gas 6 and grill the shellfish for 10 min.
