Japanese Style Shrimp Burgers

Cook Time: 15 mins

Servings: 4

Ingredients

1 garlic clove
1/2 cm fresh ginger
2 tbs butter
500 g shrimp
2 handfuls of lettuce
4 hamburger buns
200 g Japanese seaweed salad

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the garlic and ginger.
  2. Sauté in a pan with butter.
  3. Salt the shrimps, add and cook.
  4. Season the shrimps with pepper.
  5. Wash the lettuce.
  6. Toast the buns.
  7. Stuff the buns with lettuce, seaweed salad and the prawn mixture.
