Shrimp Burgers

Ingredients

2 spring onions
1 bunch of dill
500 g cooked shrimp
6 tbs mayonnaise
6 tbs yoghurt
1 tbs lemon juice
salt, pepper, cayenne pepper
1 iceberg lettuce
4 hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the spring onion and dill.
  2. Combine shrimps, mayonnaise, yoghurt, spring onion and dill.
  3. Add lemon juice and seasonings to taste.
  4. Wash and tear the lettuce.
  5. Toast the buns in the oven at 200°C, 390°F or gas 7 for around 2 minutes.
  6. Fill each bun with the shrimp mixture and lettuce.
