Macadamia Biscuits

Ingredients

150 g butter (at room temperature)
100 g sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
200 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
175 g macadamia nuts
200 g white chocolate

Instructions

  1. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla.
  2. Combine flour and baking powder before stirring in.
  3. Stir in the egg.
  4. Coarsely chop or grind the nuts and chocolate. Set half aside and stir in the other half.
  5. Place small biscuit mounds on a lined baking tray and sprinkle with the remaining nuts and chocolate.
  6. Bake at 175°C, 345°F or gas 4 for 10 min.
