Pan-Fried Chicken with Vegetables

Ingredients

300 g chicken breasts
1 carrot
100 g green beans
100 g broccoli
1 clove of garlic
1 red chilli
2 tbs oil
2 tbs soy sauce
rice

Instructions

  1. Cut the carrot into rounds.
  2. Cook the beans, carrot and broccoli in a pot (the beans will take the longest, then the carrots, then the broccoli).
  3. Cut the chicken into bite-sized portions.
  4. Finely chop the garlic and chilli and sauté very lightly in a pan with oil.
  5. Add the chicken and sear.
  6. Add the soy sauce and cook to reduce a little.
  7. Cook the rice, place in a bowl and arrange everything on top.
