Pancakes with Blueberries or Jam

Ingredients

3 eggs
200 ml milk
75 g sugar
100 g flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
a pinch of salt
blueberries or jam
oil

Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs, beat the whites until fluffy and set aside.
  2. Mix the yolks, milk, sugar, vanilla and salt in a bowl.
  3. Sift the flour into the bowl.
  4. Stir everything with a mixer.
  5. Fold in the egg whites.
  6. Cook the pancakes in a pan with a little oil.
  7. Serve with berries or jam.
