Pasta with Creamy Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

500 g noodles (e.g. fettucine)
1 onion
1 tbs butter
1 tbs olive oil
250 g white button mushrooms
4 tbs white wine
150 ml crème fraîche or soured cream
chives

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta.
  2. Finely dice the onion and sauté in olive oil and butter.
  3. Wash the mushrooms, chop finely and sear quickly in the pan with the onion.
  4. Deglaze with white wine.
  5. Add the cream and reduce a little.
  6. Stir the sauce through the noodles and garnish with chopped chives to serve.
