Pasta with Tuna

Ingredients

500 g pasta, e.g. tortiglioni
400 g tuna
100 g feta
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
150 g cherry tomatoes
75 ml olive oil (5 tbs)
1 tsp lemon juice
salt and white pepper
basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion, crumble the cheese, quarter the tomatoes, crush the garlic and add it all to a saucepan with olive oil, lemon juice and basil.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and leave to sit for 30 min. to absorb flavour.
  3. Loosen the tuna a little, briefly cook in a pan with a bit of oil and add to the sauce.
  4. Cook the pasta, mix with the sauce and serve.
