Pasta with Vegetables

Ingredients

500 g pasta
250 ml cream (1 cup)
1 clove of garlic
1 onion
1 bunch of asparagus
100 g mangetout or sugarsnaps
10 cherry tomatoes
dill
salt
pepper
nutmeg
oil

Instructions

  1. Remove the woody ends of the asparagus.
  2. Place the asparagus and peas in hot water and bring to the boil. Turn down the temperature, cook for another 10 min. and then drain.
  3. Quarter the cherry tomatoes.
  4. Dice the onion and garlic and then fry in butter.
  5. Add cream, salt and pepper and reduce a little.
  6. Add tomatoes, asparagus and peas and cook a little further.
  7. Cook the pasta.
  8. Mix everything together and garnish with dill.
