Pasta with Viennese Cream Sauce

Ingredients

1 large onion
1 tbs olive oil
4 Vienna sausages
200 ml cream
salt, pepper, oregano, red chilli flakes
500 g pasta (e.g. macaroni)

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the onion and sauté in olive oil.
  2. Slice the sausages and add to the pan.
  3. Add cream and reduce a little.
  4. Add salt, pepper, oregano and chilli flakes to taste.
  5. Cook the pasta and serve with the sauce.
