Pork Fried Rice

Ingredients

300 g pork
300 g cooked rice
1 clove of garlic
4 tbs soy sauce
4 tbs oil
1 onion
1 courgette
1 carrot
paprika
salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the garlic and mix with soy sauce and oil.
  2. Cut the pork into bite-sized portions.
  3. Dice the onion and fry in a pan with oil.
  4. Add the meat and cook.
  5. Cut the courgette and carrot into pieces and add.
  6. Season with paprika, salt and pepper and stir in the rice.
