Pork Steaks with Herb Butter

Ingredients

2 pork steaks
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
2 tbs olive oil
250 g softened butter
1 tbs chopped herbs (e.g. chives, parsley)
2 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. For the herb butter, mix butter, herbs, crushed garlic and a pinch of salt and refrigerate for 30 min.
  2. Lightly fry the chopped peppers in a pan with olive oil.
  3. Set the peppers to one side, cook the steaks on both sides and then season with salt and pepper.
