Raclette

Ingredients

Entirely according to preference, e.g.
600 g meat (e.g. fillet of pork or beef)
600 g raclette cheese
400 g white button mushrooms
2 leeks
10 potatoes
3 tomatoes
1 small tin of sweetcorn
100 g bacon, ready to fry
1 pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes.
  2. Cut the vegetables into fine pieces and arrange in a bowl.
  3. Cut the meat into small pieces.
  4. Each person can prepare their raclette pan as they wish.
