Salami Pasta

Ingredients

500 g pasta (e.g. penne)
200 g salami, chorizo
200 g cocktail tomatoes
1 spring onion
1 tbs tomato paste
2 tbs crème fraîche or soured cream
olive oil
salt, pepper and sugar
chilli flakes or fresh chillies
parmesan
basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta.
  2. Dice the onion and slice the sausages.
  3. Cook in a pan with oil.
  4. Add the tomato paste and a pinch of sugar and caramelise.
  5. Dice the tomatoes and add.
  6. Add the crème fraîche.
  7. Add salt, pepper and chillies to taste.
  8. Serve with parmesan and basil.
