Salmon and Pineapple Skewers

Ingredients

1 garlic clove
2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs lemon juice
salt and pepper
300 g salmon fillets
1 fresh pineapple
6 wooden skewers
sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Soften the skewers in water.
  2. Prepare a marinade in a bowl using crushed garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  3. Wash the salmon, place in the marinade and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (the longer the better).
  4. Cut the pineapple into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Alternate the salmon and pineapple pieces on the skewers.
  6. Cook the skewers for 6-8 minutes on all sides either in a pan with oil or on the barbecue.
  7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
