Salmon Fillets with Crunchy Vegetables

Ingredients

2 salmon fillets
salt
1 tsp lemon juice
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 courgette
1 clove of garlic
1 tbs oil
basil

Instructions

  1. Wash the salmon and dress with salt and lemon juice.
  2. Cut the vegetables into small pieces. Finely chop the garlic. Cook in a pan with oil and set aside.
  3. Cook the salmon in the pan on both sides all the way through.
  4. Serve garnished with basil.
