Shrimp Cocktail

Ingredients

300 g precooked shrimps
4 tbs pineapple chunks
150 g yoghurt
4 tbs soured cream
3 tbs lemon juice
salt
pepper
1 bunch of dill or chives
lettuce

Instructions

  1. Lightly whisk yoghurt, soured cream and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper.
  2. Finely slice half of the dill/chives and stir into the sauce.
  3. Wash the shrimps and add pineapple chunks.
  4. Arrange everything on lettuce in 2 small bowls and sprinkle with the remaining herbs.
