Shrimp Fried Rice

Servings: 4

Ingredients

400 g shrimps
300 g cooked rice
1 clove of garlic
1 red chilli pepper
5 tbs soy sauce
2 spring onions
4 tbs oil
1 courgette
1 carrot
2 eggs
paprika
salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the garlic and chilli and mix with soy sauce and oil.
  2. Marinate the shrimps in the mixture.
  3. Dice the spring onions and fry in a pan with oil.
  4. Fry the shrimps.
  5. Cut the courgette and carrot into pieces and add.
  6. Whisk the eggs and add.
  7. Season with paprika, salt and pepper and stir in the cooked rice.
