Sliced Pork in Mushroom Sauce

Cook Time: 20 mins

Servings: 4

Ingredients

500 g pork
2 tbs butter
2 onions
250 g white button mushrooms
500 ml cream (2 cups)
1 tbs mustard
parsley
salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into strips.
  2. Fry the meat in a pan with the butter and then set aside.
  3. Dice the onions, slice the mushrooms and cook both in the same pan.
  4. Add the cream and mustard and bring to the boil.
  5. Add the meat and finely chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper.
