Spaghetti with Meatballs

Preparation Time : 35 mins

Servings: 4

Ingredients

400 g beef mince
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp thyme
2 tsp grated Parmesan
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 small red chilli
1 tbs olive oil
400 g tinned chopped tomatoes
300 g spaghetti
sugar, salt, pepper
1 truffle

Instructions

  1. Finely slice the onion and garlic and mix well with the mince, oregano, thyme, Parmesan, salt and pepper.
  2. Shape into bite-sized meatballs.
  3. Cook in a pan with olive oil until golden brown.
  4. Cut the chilli into fine pieces and add.
  5. Add tomatoes.
  6. Add salt, pepper and sugar to taste and simmer for 15 min. on a low heat.
  7. Cook the spaghetti and arrange with the sauce.
  8. Using a truffle plane, plane a few truffle slices over the top.
