Spicy Tacos

Ingredients

8 taco shells
500 g beef mince
100 g soured cream
3 1/2 tbs crème fraîche
1 tsp lime juice
salt and pepper
2 onions
3 tbs olive oil
1 red pepper
1/2 iceberg lettuce
1 clove of garlic
4 jalapeños
6 tbs tomato purée
1 tsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the soured cream, crème fraîche and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Dice the onions and red pepper.
  3. Cut the lettuce into fine strips.
  4. Sweat the onions in oil in a pan with the crushed garlic and jalapeños.
  5. Add beef mince and cook.
  6. Add the tomato purée and sliced pepper. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Warm the tacos and fill with all ingredients.
