Tagliatelle Bolognese

Preparation Time : 50 mins

Servings: 4

Ingredients

500 g tagliatelle (egg noodles)
500 g mince
1 tin of tomatoes
1 small tin of tomato paste
1 carrot
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
salt and pepper
200 ml vegetable stock (3/4 cup)
1 tsp oregano

Instructions

  1. Cook the mince in a pan.
  2. Dice the carrot, onion and garlic and fry with the mince.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and deglaze with the vegetable stock.
  4. Add tomatoes, tomato paste and oregano and mix everything together.
  5. Simmer for 40 min.
  6. Serve with the pasta.
