Tortilla Chips with Guacamole

Ingredients

2 avocados
2 tomatoes
1 tsp lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbs plain unsweetened yoghurt
salt and pepper
tortilla chips (nachos)

Instructions

  1. Mash the avocados with a fork.
  2. Dice the tomatoes.
  3. Combine avocado and tomato with lemon juice, crushed garlic and yoghurt. Mix well.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and leave to sit for 10 min. to absorb flavour.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips.
