Tortilla Chips with Salsa Dip

Ingredients

1 tin of tomatoes
3 tbs tomato paste
3 tbs tomato ketchup
2 tbs cream cheese
1 dried chilli
1 onion
olive oil
2 tbs brown sugar
salt and pepper
oregano
parsley
1 tsp lime juice
tortilla chips (nachos)

Instructions

  1. Mix together tinned tomatoes, tomato paste, ketchup and cream cheese.
  2. Slice chilli and onion into small pieces and fry in a pan with oil.
  3. When the onions are clear, add the sugar and keep stirring.
  4. Add the tomato mixture and cook for 5 min. to reduce.
  5. Add salt, pepper, oregano, parsley and lime juice.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips.
