Tuna Fajitas

Ingredients

4 tortillas (soft flour tortillas)
1 small iceberg lettuce
1 tin of tuna
1 small onion
2 tbs mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp sweet curry powder
salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Lightly warm the tortillas in the oven.
  2. Roughly tear the lettuce and cut the onion into small pieces.
  3. Mix tuna, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder to make the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Fill the tortillas.
