Tyrolean Gröstl with Eggs

Ingredients

200 g cooked beef
500 g potatoes
4 eggs
2 tbs oil
1 onion
1 tbs chopped parsley
1 tsp ground caraway seeds
1 tsp marjoram
salt, pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook, peel and slice the potatoes.
  2. Cut the meat into slices and fry in a pan with oil.
  3. Add the potatoes and season everything with the herbs and spices.
  4. Cut the onion into rings, add to the pan and sauté.
  5. In another pan, cook the eggs in oil. Arrange everything together, serving the eggs sunny side up.
