Waffles with Raspberries and Cream

Preparation Time : 15 mins

Servings: 4

Ingredients

250 g flour
250 g margarine
125 g sugar
6 eggs
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla essence
milk if needed
100 g raspberries
125 ml whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Combine everything except the raspberries and cream to make the batter.
  2. If the batter is too thick, add a little milk.
  3. Cook in a waffle iron.
  4. Slice the raspberries, whip the cream and serve all together.
