Penne with Chilli and Bacon

Cook Time: 10 mins

Servings: 4

Ingredients

400 g penne pasta quills
100 ml cream (6 1/2 tbs)
3 tbs olive oil
1 clove of garlic
1 onion
2 red chillies
100 g bacon
1 bunch of parsley
2 tbs olive oil
salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion, garlic and chillies into fine pieces.
  2. Cut the bacon into strips.
  3. Fry everything in a pan with oil.
  4. Add the cream and half the chopped parsley.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cook the pasta, combine everything and serve.
