Wild Garlic Gnocchi

Servings: 4

Ingredients

50 g wild garlic leaves
2 spring onions
1 tbs butter
100 ml cream
100 g cream cheese
salt and pepper
freshly grated nutmeg
500 g gnocchi

Instructions

  1. Wash the wild garlic, shake dry and chop coarsely.
  2. Finely chop the spring onions up to where they turn light green.
  3. Sauté the spring onions in a pan with butter.
  4. Add the wild garlic, cream and cream cheese, stir in and briefly bring to the bubble.
  5. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.
  6. Prepare the gnocchi and serve with the sauce.
