Cheese and Tomato Omelette

Ingredients

4 eggs
salt and pepper
1 tomato
50 g grated cheese
1 tbs oil
dill

Instructions

  1. Dice the tomato.
  2. Whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the tomato and cheese and mix again.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and cook the omelette on both sides.
  5. Garnish with dill before serving.
