Classic Hamburgers

Ingredients

300 g mince
cheese slices (e.g. cheddar)
lettuce
1 tomato
2 onions
1 clove of garlic
2 hamburger buns
tomato ketchup and mayonnaise
parsley
1 egg
salt
pepper
paprika
rosemary
thyme
1 tbs breadcrumb mix

Instructions

  1. Cut up the garlic, parsley and one onion.
  2. Mix with the mince.
  3. Add the egg and seasoning.
  4. Add the breadcrumb mix and knead everything thoroughly.
  5. Shape into burger patties and coat in flour.
  6. Cook in a pan or on a barbecue.
  7. Toast the hamburger buns and fill each with mayonnaise and ketchup, lettuce leaves, a burger patty, tomato, onion rings and cheese.
