Hawaiian Burgers

Ingredients

500 g mince
1 egg
breadcrumb mix
1 tbs tomato paste
4 hamburger buns
mayonnaise
1 cucumber
lettuce
4 slices of cheese
2 tomatoes
4 pineapple rings
teriyaki sauce
salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the mince, egg, breadcrumb mix, tomato paste and a pinch of salt and pepper together and shape into burger patties.
  2. Cook in a pan or on a barbecue.
  3. Toast the hamburger buns.
  4. Fill the buns with mayonnaise, cucumber slices, lettuce, cheese, tomato slices, a burger patty, a pineapple ring and teriyaki sauce.
