Crumbed Fish

Ingredients

400 g fish fillets (e.g. white fish, plaice...)
1 lemon
salt and pepper
2 tbs flour
1 egg
4 tbs breadcrumb mix
3 tbs butter
parsley

Instructions

  1. Drizzle lemon juice over the fish fillets and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Prepare 3 dishes: one with flour, one with whisked egg, and one with breadcrumb mix.
  3. Coat the fish fillets in the flour, egg and then the breadcrumb mix, lightly pressing on the coating as you go.
  4. Heat the butter and fry the fillets for 4-6 min. on each side on a medium heat.
  5. Garnish with sliced lemon and parsley.
