Italian Burgers

Servings: 4

Ingredients

For the sauce:
1 bunch of basil
100 ml olive oil
1 tsp grated parmesan
a pinch of salt
For the rest:
500 g beef mince
salt, pepper, paprika
8 slices of mozzarella
2 handfuls of rocket leaves
4 hamburger buns
2 tomatoes

Instructions

  1. For the sauce, finely chop the basil, mix with olive oil, parmesan and salt, and purée with a stick blender.
  2. Season the mince, knead and shape into patties.
  3. Cook in a pan or on a barbecue.
  4. While grilling, place the mozzarella slices on top and allow to melt a little.
  5. Wash the rocket.
  6. Slice the tomatoes.
  7. Toast the hamburger buns.
  8. Layer each bun with rocket, a patty, mozzarella, sauce, tomato slices and rocket again.
